Personal Training
Whether you are looking to release your stress, or willing to learn the deepest secrets of improving your mobility and building functional strength, Body Align are happy to guide you :)
Re-wave the Spine
Our spinal column is the container of part of the central nervous system, the spinal cord. A healthy, dynamic, spine is the base of a healthy musculosceletal system.
The term "re-align" doesn't really apply for the spine, simply because it's not a straight line. To proper re-wave the spine means:
-
improved capability of the brain
-
enhanced perception
-
improved interaction with the environment
-
increased balance and reflexes
-
reduced bodily pains (shoulders, hips, knees)
-
foundation of a healthy body
We will help you re-wave your spine from head to tail-bone via conscious movement, by teaching you the basic movement principles and easy tips and tricks to incorporate them in your everyday life while moving, sitting, or lying down.

Posture Establishment
Spinal adjustment leads us to proper posture establishment. Contrary to common belief, posture is not static but dynamic. Therefore, posture is not improved by forcing our upper/lower back or neck to stay rigid and strong, but a matter of "postural fluidity". We will show you easy-to-follow routines while working, sitting, or lying, to keep improving your posture. And YES, it works even if you do an office job!
Build Functional Strength
A proper spine and an established correct posture are the foundations of functional strength. With those already accomplished we are now ready to work on our functional strength. We can show you how to do it with or without weights, with or without props, playfully or "seriously", whichever style motivates you the most. Let's start working out and build some functional muscle together!

Shoulders & Hips Rehabilitation & Mobility

Now, it's about time to give some more attention and care to the main joints of the body. Strong, flexible, working in full range of motion shoulders and hips are necessary for the proper function of all joints. Hips are the foundational joints of the lower body, while shoulders (with their blades) of the upper. Together we can properly "lubricate" them, improve their dynamic strength, and achieve full range of motion. Some props are necessary for this job.
