Contrary to popular belief, weight loss cannot stand as a goal. The structure of our body, including its current weight, is a result of what we feed our body and mind, and what lifestyle we are used to.

Weight can be gained for several reasons among which are excess eating (of course), poor eating patterns, low-vitamin and low-mineral diets, stress, mental struggle, fear, sleep quality and so on. Addressing the main causes of weight is absolutely necessary to allow our body adjust its own weight.
5 simple steps to take to start adjusting your body:
Wake up early (before 7:00) and drink warm water (60-65 °C) before breakfast.
Eat 3 meals a day between 08:00 and 21:00. Be punctual with the timing of the meals.
Avoid snacking.
Address and remove any unwanted stressors. Talk with your friends or professionals about them.
Reduce lighting in your house after 21:00 and be in bed by 23:00.
